Montréal, January 18, 2007 – Gaz Métro Limited Partnership (TSX: GZM.UN) will hold an Annual Partners’ Meeting on Wednesday, February 7, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern time), at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, 1001 Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle, Room 511-B, Montréal (Québec), to review its activities as well as discuss its 2006 year-end results and 2007 first quarter results. The Partnership will also hold a conference call with the financial analysts to discuss specifically its 2007 first quarter results on February 7, 2007, at 4:30 p.m. (Eastern time). Media and other interested individuals are invited to listen to these conferences.
