Vice President, Strategy, Communication and Sustainability
Appointed Vice President, Strategy, Communication and Sustainability at Gaz Métro in 2012, Stéphanie Trudeau is responsible for Sustainable Development, Public and Governmental Affairs, Marketing, Innovation, Customer Services, Regulatory Affairs and Rate Structure. A communications expert and seasoned strategist, she is as comfortable with strategic and political matters as she is with crisis management or risk communication. Previously, Ms. Trudeau was Vice President, Public Affairs on the Quebec team of Labatt Brewing Company Ltd.; Director, Public Affairs at the Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ); and Director, Community Relations, for the Rabaska project. Ms. Trudeau chairs the board of the Office Québec Monde pour la jeunesse and sits on the boards of Ruelle de l’avenir, the Conseil patronal de l'environnement du Québec (CPEQ), and the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ), in addition to being a member of its executive committee. She is also a member of the Quebec Minister David Heurtel’s Climate Change Advisory Committee, of the Switch Alliance and of the Conseil des parrains of the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal (JCCM).
